1. Pressure sensor: The boiler pressure is controlled by a pressure sensor. When the pressure is lower than the set value of the pressure controller, the output signal of the pressure controller is turned on; when the pressure is higher than the set value, the signal is turned off; after the signal is turned off, it is turned on again when the pressure drops to the set value of the return difference. 2. Pressure controller: The overpressure protection of the boiler is output by the pressure controller detection signal. When the boiler operating pressure exceeds the rated working pressure, the pressure controller outputs a signal to stop the boiler operation.
3. Water level signal: The controller uses a water level electrode to measure the water level. When using it, you should pay attention to the insulation at both ends of the water level electrode to avoid moisture. When the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode is lower than 100K, the controller considers that the water surface is higher than the electrode; when the resistance at both ends of the water level electrode rises to more than 500K, the controller considers the water surface to be lower than the electrode.
4. Liquid level float control (customized function, please specify when ordering): for the use of pure water or deionized water (very low conductivity causes the water level electrode to detect the water level failure, we use the float type water level monitoring. Through the liquid The trigger of the position-to-float switch controls the boiler water level.)
5. Remote control: remote control can realize the stand-alone operation of the equipment, or the host can give a switch start signal to realize the remote start of the equipment, and implement process monitoring of the operation process, and alarm output reminders.
6. Alarm protection: After the controller is turned on, it will detect the pressure sensor, water level electrode and its own circuit uninterruptedly, and immediately alarm and shut down the furnace when a fault is found. The controller automatically displays the fault point, and the buzzer in the machine sounds an alarm.
